At The Bike Rentals, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Returns & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled for bookings made through our Platform (website and mobile application).
1. Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking start time will be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking start time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- No refund will be provided for cancellations made after the rental start time.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds will only be processed for bookings made directly through our official Platform.
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank/payment provider.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
3. No-Show Policy
If you fail to show up at the scheduled time and place without prior cancellation, the booking amount will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.
4. Early Returns & Late Returns
- If you return the vehicle earlier than the scheduled end time, no partial refund will be issued for unused hours.
- Late returns may attract additional charges as per our pricing policies.
5. Damages & Deductions
- Any damages caused to the vehicle during the rental period may result in deductions from your security deposit or additional charges.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after deducting charges for damages, penalties, or unpaid dues.
6. Force Majeure
In case of events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, etc.), refunds and cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the Platform Owner.
